Job summary

Creatify is hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on performance advertising in Mountain View. You will own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, guiding clients from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

Translate client goals into concrete creative and platform strategies, and drive creative testing programs to improve performance. You’ll monitor account health, spot churn risk early, and share insights with product and Studio teams to scale our CS function.

Qualifications

3–6 years in customer success, account management, or related roles at ad tech, performance agency, or creative platform.
Hands-on fluency with paid social advertising, familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Understanding of performance creative, hooks, and iteration velocity in a post-iOS‑14 landscape.
Track record of retaining and growing accounts, with renewals or expansion wins.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, quarterly reviews, renewals and expansion.
Translate client goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR) into concrete creative and platform strategies.
Guide clients through creative testing programs: volume, variant strategy, reading results.
Monitor account health and performance, spotting churn risk and turning flat accounts into growth stories.
Be the client voice internally, feeding insights to product, engineering, and the Studio team.
