Job summary

Creatify, based in Mountain View, is building an AI-powered end-to-end ad production platform. We are seeking a former agency owner or senior operator to scale Creatify Studio into the agency model of the future. You will own client relationships, shape strategy, and drive high-velocity creative testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Founded, co-founded, or ran P&L for a creative or performance marketing agency, ideally paid social video.
• Personally owned client relationships and multi-year retention.
• Deep fluency in performance creative, hooks, testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Operator's mindset with process building and margin management.
• Excitement about AI-generated video and scalable agency models.
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup where the playbook evolves as you run it.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio client experience end to end from pitch to renewal.
• Apply agency judgment to briefs, hooks, testing, and creative direction.
• Design and refine Studio pricing, packaging, SLAs, margins, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align platform with client needs.
• Hire and lead creative strategists and producers as Studio grows.
• Turn agency scars into repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery.
