Wpromote is seeking a Manager, Performance Creative to lead high‑performing creative across client portfolios in a fast‑paced agency setting. You will partner with Digital and Motion Designers, and internal paid media teams to shape creative strategy and execution that aligns with client KPIs and channel objectives.

You will translate performance data into actionable creative direction, develop testing roadmaps, and drive iterations to optimize campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative or paid social in an agency environment.
• 2+ years owning client relationships and delivering performance-driven creative.
• Strong understanding of how creative and media work together on testing, scaling, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity across TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and newer channels.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative direction and iteration plans.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative for 2–5 clients.
• Translate performance data into testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and iteration plans.
• Develop briefs grounded in platform best practices and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Media, Design, and Production to align on timelines and budgets.
• Present concepts, insights, and recommendations to clients; share learnings with teams.
