Figure, a San Jose-based AI robotics company, seeks a Perception Engineer to advance our humanoid autonomy stack. This full-time role focuses on developing perception systems, including onboard vision, localization, and visuomotor policies for real-world operation.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, delivering robust software and collaborating across software, hardware, and data teams to push production-grade solutions.

Formación

• Extensive experience in production-level software and ML engineering best practices.
• Strong foundation in probability, optimization, and linear algebra.
• Domain expertise in 3D Vision, VIO/SLAM or Vision-Language Models.
• Understanding of geometric computer vision concepts and epipolar geometry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.
• Passion for advancing humanoid robotics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop perception systems including onboard CV, localization, visuomotor policies, and data annotation.
• Own the end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to deployment.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions for real-world applications.
