Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist in the Southern Maryland territory serving Prince George's County. You will administer OT interventions, coordinate plans of care, and document effectively while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Maryland licensure and BLS are required, with 2–3 years of OT experience and home health preferred. This per-visit position offers a schedule with two full days per month and non-rotating shifts to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of occupational therapy experience
• 1 year home care experience preferred
• Maryland OT licensure required
• Active BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plan of care with team and patients to ensure optimal experience
• Administer OT interventions per agency policies
• Plan and document patient care with clear goals
• Complete documentation promptly and accurately
• Supervise OT treatments under physician orders
• Coordinate care with other providers to implement treatment plans
