Job summary

RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, MA is seeking compassionate Residential Counselors/Direct Care Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team. You will work directly with children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges in a group home setting, providing daily support and therapeutic guidance to help them reach personal goals.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A genuine desire to support children and adolescents and help them succeed.
• Willingness to learn and participate in comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily therapeutic support to children and adolescents in a group home.
• Encourage independence and help develop life skills.
• Support daily activities and provide emotional support.
• Participate in comprehensive training prior to starting.

Education
