Job summary

RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, MA seeks compassionate Residential Counselors/Direct Care Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team. You will work with children and adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home, providing daily support, encouragement of independence, and therapeutic guidance.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willingness to learn and participate in comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive care in a group home setting for children and adolescents with mental health challenges.
• Offer daily therapeutic guidance and help develop life skills and independence.
• Support families and participate in training to succeed in the role.
