Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass required physical intervention training.
• Pre-hire physical ability test must be completed.
• Ability to perform physical restraint using approved procedures.
• Ability to sustain physical exertion and engage in required intervention activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and accountability for residents at all times.
• Manage residents' behavior and maintain order.
• Implement daily living routines, schedules and procedures.
• Ensure safety and high standard of cleanliness throughout the residence.
• Provide individual and group counseling and coordinate court-ordered visits when applicable.
• Maintain records, logs, and adhere to documentation requirements.
• Participate in planning and execution of educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Interact with staff to address residents' needs and program operations.
