Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the whereabouts and safety of participants at all times.
• Lead and engage participants in programs including tutoring and activities.
• Escort participants to appointments and outings.
• Monitor school performance and provide homework help.
• Maintain logs and document progress and incidents.
• Attend meetings and trainings; participate in Sanctuary Model initiatives.
• Promote trauma-informed culture and model Sanctuary Model commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
