Qualifications

• Completion of AMA-CAHEA accredited vascular ultrasound training.
• Current registration as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through ARDMS.
• Education or experience may substitute where required, except licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level vascular tests independently.
• Use a variety of testing instrumentation.
• Prepare preliminary reports based on findings.
• Maintain examination facilities and equipment per safety policy.
• Participate in call rotation and satellite laboratory coverage.
• Assist with training of residents and sonography students.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Support vascular surgery in the operating room when requested.
