Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college coursework preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of RVT certification examination and/or ARDMS becoming a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Minimum two years of experience in vascular imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce optimum scanning results using ultrasound as a diagnostic aid.
• Schedule ultrasound appointments.
• Perform duties including: writing reports, filing, charging, and stocking rooms with appropriate products.
• Place patient welfare above all other duties while the patient remains in the ultrasound department.
