Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for per diem day shifts in Charlestown, MA. You will guide new hires through pre-onboarding, schedule health screenings, and manage required paperwork within the HR system.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, reporting, and collaborating with HR partners. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence on Wednesdays and during monthly HR meetings.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of computer systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Experience with HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employee health screens and new hire orientations.
• Process new hire paperwork and HR system input.
• Maintain confidential HR records and run reports as needed.
• Collaborate with recruiters, Employee Health, and HR partners.
• Back up front-office coverage and greet visitors professionally.
• Verify primary source verifications and maintain files.
