Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat expressive, receptive, cognitive, and feeding/swallowing disorders across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP eligibility or certification, NH licensure, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility pending with ASHA.
• NH licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and establish objectives for speech therapy.
• Develop written treatment plans in coordination with referring provider.
• Maintain progress notes and ensure safe equipment use.
