Job summary

North Country Healthcare (NCH) seeks a Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat expressive, receptive, cognitive, and feeding/swallowing disorders across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings in New Hampshire.

The role requires a Master's in Speech/Language Pathology, CCC-SLP or eligibility, NH license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication with an interdisciplinary team. Experience with adults and children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility with certification pending is required for certification.
• New Hampshire license to practice Speech/Language Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations with objective goals for referred patients.
• Develop written treatment plans in collaboration with the referring provider.
• Maintain progress notes and ensure safe equipment for patient use.
• Provide care across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
