Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for expressive, comprehension, cognitive, and feeding/swallowing disorders across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP eligibility or certification, NH licensure, and a valid driver’s license, with BLS/CPR certification renewal ongoing. Experience in multiple care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility in progress.
• NH SLP license required; valid driver’s license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heartsaver CPR CPR AED with renewal.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and establish objective goals for speech therapy.
• Develop written treatment plans in consultation with referring providers.
• Deliver therapy across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Document progress notes accurately and maintain safe equipment.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Services Manager and interdisciplinary team.
