Qualifications

• Active Texas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification is current.
• In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate swallowing or cognitive deficits for residents.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve independence.
• Provide AAC systems and training for clients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures.
