Strong documentation and patient-centered care are essential. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, PA SLP license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• State licensure as SLP in Pennsylvania required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Per diem with multi-location shifts.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred for Home Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers speech therapy programs to restore function and independence.
• Performs evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams; documents in accordance with policy.
• Administers, scores, and interprets hearing and speech tests.
• Delivers evidence-based patient care tailored to age and needs.
• Supports diet texture and feeding recommendations with physicians.
