Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative speech-language pathology services to patients with reduced communicative or swallow function.
• Document examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, prognosis, intervention and outcomes.
• Bill for specific interventions in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Educate patients and families, and coordinate with community services.
• Supervise students and provide mentorship to staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies.

CCC-SLP certification (ASHA)

Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
