Job summary

Beloit Health System NorthPointe Spa in Roscoe Township, IL seeks a Per Diem Massage Therapist to join our team. You will provide massage therapy and body wrap services, adjust treatments based on client feedback, and ensure a safe, inviting spa environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling assistance, vendor coordination, client education, and maintaining documentation per policy. Current CPR certification and active massage licensure in the state are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State(s) within which Massage Therapy will be performed.
• Current CPR certification (or within 3 months of hire).
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple demands.
• Maintain ethical conduct and keep confidential personal and medical information about clients.
• Reporting Relationship: NorthPointe Campus Director

Responsibilities

• Provides massage therapy and body wrap services within scope of training.
• Modifies the treatment based on client feedback and response.
• Completes ordering for required supplies and communicates with vendors.
• Assists with scheduling of spa services.
• Works with staff to ensure a high-level spa experience for clients.
• Completes documentation per department policy.
• Markets services to potential clients/customers.
• Prepares, maintains and cleans work area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Participates in community education and marketing programs.
