Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Humble, Texas. You will provide essential speech and language therapy assessments as part of our commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current ASHA certification necessary.
• Experience in the field and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits.
• Provide skilled speech and language therapy assessments.
• Communicate changes in resident’s condition.

Skills

SNF/long-term care experience preferred

Current knowledge of treatment practices

Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred

Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

Education

Active/valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology

Current ASHA certification

In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
