Job summary

CAMBA in New York City is seeking a Per Diem Shift Supervisor to oversee residence staff and services at our Queens location (87-02 23rd Avenue, 11369). You will supervise daily operations to meet program goals, maintain client confidentiality, and coordinate groups and trainings.

Minimum education is HS Diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience (or AA with 2 years, or BA in related field). Candidates may need NYC DOH/MH attestation, First Aid/CPR certification, overdose prevention

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience.
• AA with 2 years experience; BA in related field.
• Must sign NYC DOH/MH attestation.
• First Aid/ CPR certification may be required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• F-80 required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residence staff and services to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships with clients.
• Access client data using relevant systems and document progress notes.
• Coordinate day-to-day work and facilitate groups and trainings.
• Investigate complaints/incidents and monitor safety policies.
• Prepare information for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to CAMBA or funders.
