Qualifications

• Must be responsive and available to work on-call shifts as needed.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Certification in overdose prevention preferred.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention) certified preferred.
• TB testing required.

Responsibilities

• Input client data using DHS’ CARES database as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with various city departments.
• Provide supervisory coverage at all times during shifts.
• Professionally respond to complaints, incidents, and emergencies.
• Engage clients to address issues during shifts.
