Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Per Diem Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at Atlantic House in Brooklyn, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of services provided to clients. The role involves supervising staff, conducting client orientations, and documenting medications.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
• Must obtain and maintain certification in overdose prevention.
• Must obtain and maintain CPI (Crisis Prevention) certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running and supervision of all facility operations.
• Ensure security and service staff conduct new client orientation.
• Document clients' self-administration of medications.
• Manage day-to-day functions of the facility and client care services.
• Professionally respond to complaints and incidents.

Education

HS Diploma or GED and applicable experience

Associate’s degree and 2 years’ experience

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator certification
