Crossroads School, a program of Crossroads Continuum, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem School Nurse to join our team supporting students with autism in Marlborough, MA. Regular Thursdays 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with potential for additional shifts on a per diem basis.

The role focuses on health, safety, and well-being of students, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Competenze

Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, autism services, or related setting is a plus.
Comfortable supporting students with medical, communication, sensory, and behavioral needs.
Able to work Thursdays 7:30 AM–3:00 PM with potential for additional shifts.

Mansioni

Provide nursing care and respond to students' medical needs during the day.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per school protocol.
Support students with conditions such as seizures, asthma, and severe allergies.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Collaborate with nursing, educational, clinical, and direct-care teams.
Communicate with families and other providers as appropriate.
Support health and safety during field trips and community activities.
Provide additional coverage for other nursing team members when available.
