Milton Academy is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our K-12 Health Center team. The Health Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the academic year, and per diem nurses provide coverage as needed to support student care.

Shifts may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking candidates who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable working across a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Experience with school-age children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care to grades K–12 with focus on Upper School.
• Triage and referrals to appropriate care levels.
• Collaborate with nurses, counselors, athletic trainers, faculty, and physicians.
• Document health information accurately in student records.
• Administer medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize student safety.
• Assist with MAP and phlebotomy training if needed.
• Work across shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
