Cardinal Cushing Centers in Hanover, MA is seeking a School Nurse/RN to provide nursing care to sick students in the Health Center, administer medications as ordered, and support families and staff.

The role requires an active RN license, NLN-approved nursing program, strong assessment skills, and ability to work flexible hours. Per diem hours may be available; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN approved nursing program.
• Current RN license; LPN considered with experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship/residency/work visa as required.
• Strong nursing and assessment skills; ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Maintains current licensure.
• Dispenses medications as necessary.
• Provides nursing care to students in the Health Center.
• Maintains accurate notes and reports.
• Trains Residential Life staff on medication procedures.
• Notifies Director of Health Services or supervisor of emergencies and follows protocols.
• Monitors and charts BP, weight, and immunizations.
• Attends departments meetings and keeps work area safe.
