Crossroads School, a program of Crossroads Continuum, is seeking a compassionate Per Diem School Nurse to join our team serving students with autism. The role is part-time with a regular Thursday shift 7:30 AM–3:00 PM in Marlborough, MA, with flexibility for additional per diem hours as needed.

The nurse will provide care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ health and safety during the school day and field trips.

Qualifications

• RN licensed; school nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with autism services is a plus.
• Available Thursdays 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with potential for additional coverage.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and respond to students' medical needs throughout the day.
• Administer medications per physician orders and school protocols.
• Support students with medical needs such as seizure disorders, asthma, and severe allergies.
• Maintain accurate health and nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, educational, clinical, and direct-care teams.
• Communicate with families and other providers as appropriate.
• Support student health and safety during local field trips and community activities.
• Provide additional coverage for other members of the nursing team when available.
