Job summary

Benchmark Meadow Ridge is seeking per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. RNs will contribute to a high staff-to-resident ratio and work as part of a dedicated team at Ridge Crest.

Job involves accurate assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the nursing leadership to ensure resident safety and high-quality care. Per diem shifts include overtime differential and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in resident health to nursing leadership and physicians.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of patient care staff.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Responds to emergencies and resident safety concerns according to state regulations.
