Mountain Ridge is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem positions across all shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective patient and family communication, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Under Nurse Supervisor guidance, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, participate in care planning, and support continuous improvement in clinical outcomes while maintaining strong documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English for documentation and communication.
• Able to meet health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments, administer medications, and develop care plans.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs with safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to manage plans and discharges.
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff to support team growth.
• Maintain real-time documentation using PCC EHR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control standards.
