Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeks a Per Diem RN Supervisor to lead care delivery across Continuing Care. You will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff and participate in on-call duties, ensuring nursing standards and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include staffing reviews, rounds, and incident follow-up, plus coaching and training of new staff. Candidates should have an RN license with CPR and prior supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of floor nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related areas.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care.
• Reviews staffing to ensure adequate care and meets shift and PPD requirements.
• Performs rounds across neighborhoods to ensure high-quality care.
• Assists in resolving resident or family concerns and clinical changes.
• Provides coaching, training, and evaluations for staff.
