Job summary

TheKey is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct client care and supervise clinical staff across home-based settings in New York. The RN ensures care aligns with state requirements and maintains an active license in the designated state.

Responsibilities include assessing clients, developing plans of care with physicians and families, and coordinating services across disciplines while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing staff development. Travel to client homes will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment and active in good standing.
• Three to five years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in the system.
• Ability to provide care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and manage client cases.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status of clients.
• Perform initial client assessments and coordinate plan of care with physicians and caregivers.
• Deliver nursing services per the care plan and adjust as needed.
• Update clients and families on status and changes in care plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing staff training.
• Coordinate services across disciplines and monitor patient changes.
