Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses and Part Time shifts in New Jersey. The role offers substantial shift differential based on experience and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time hires.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state, have at least six months of RN experience, and be passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors. Experience with EMR is preferred, and CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice and graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
A passion for caring for seniors.
Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching self-care.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care.
Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
Document in the resident's EMR accurately and timely.
Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
