Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ, is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses and Part Time shifts. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, with shift differential based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you will practice.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident goals.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote resident independence by teaching care plans and self-care skills.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration per orders.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the care team.
• Document preferences and care in the EMR accurately.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
