Job summary
Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Per Diem/Part-Time RN to join our resident-centered team in New Jersey. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, including shift differential based on experience.
A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for Part Time roles. Responsibilities include building relationships with residents and families, delivering nursing care per state requirements, promoting independence, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 6 months RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience with an EMR is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
- Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
- Promote resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents/families.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with care team to perform routine nursing care.
- Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
- Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document in the EMR accurately and timely.
- Participate in care conferences when requested by Clinical Manager.
