Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is currently seeking Per Diem and Part Time Registered Nurses in New Jersey. The role offers compensation ranging from $40 to $49 per hour, including shift differential, with a $2,000 sign-on for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice (NJ).
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Passion for caring for seniors.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the team.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
