Job summary
Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Per Diem and Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our onsite clinical team. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, including shift differential for eligible candidates, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate from an accredited RN program.
- Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
- Passion for caring for seniors.
- CPR certification required.
- EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
- Perform clinical duties per nursing standards and regulations.
- Establish care goals with residents to promote independence.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
- Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate comprehensive care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document care activities accurately in the EMR.
- Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
