Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum two years in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to maintain nursing standards in perioperative setting and participate in clinical decision-making.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
Administer medications and deliver hands-on care grounded in clinical expertise.
Partner with physicians and providers to ensure timely, coordinated care decisions.
Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately for next care steps.
Document accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity and safety.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to support seamless transitions of care.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture and pursue ongoing professional growth.
