Job summary

Qualifications

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License; BLS/HCP certification within 60 days of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data on the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
• Develop a plan of care with strategies and interventions.
• Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
• Provide ongoing communication with patient, family, and healthcare team.
