Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) certification within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Identify changes in clinical status and respond appropriately.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with patient/family goals.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team and document findings.
