Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) per diem to provide high-quality patient care under supervision and work with the healthcare team on designated daily shifts. The role requires an associate degree in nursing, with Bachelor's preferred, and at least 1 year of RN experience including a clinical specialty.

North Carolina RN license or Compact, and BLS CPR are required. This position emphasizes collaboration, adherence to protocols, patient safety, and ongoing

Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing is required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
At least 1 year of RN experience with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
Current North Carolina RN license or licensure by Compact state, and BLS CPR certification.

Responsabilités

Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and treatments to support daily patient care.
Analyze patient data to guide decisions and interventions.
Implement prescribed interventions with adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
Seek guidance from senior clinicians on complex cases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
