Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) per diem to provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team across daily shifts under supervision.

The role requires a North Carolina RN license (or Compact-state), BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience with a clinical specialty. An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of RN experience with 1 year in a clinical specialty per ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Active North Carolina RN license or valid Compact state license.
• BLS (CPR) certification.

• Assists in patient assessments, examinations, and treatments on a day-to-day basis.
• Supports analysis of patient data to guide medical decisions and interventions.

• Seeks guidance from senior clinicians on complex cases to ensure optimal patient care.
