Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking an RN for a per diem position to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision and collaborate with the care team in designated daily shifts. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in nursing, is licensed as an RN in North Carolina (or a Compact state), and has at least one year of RN experience with a clinical specialty.

Qualifications

Required: Associate's degree in nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty per ANCC or national nursing organizations.
RN license in North Carolina or Compact state; BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

Assist in patient assessments, examinations, and treatments on a day-to-day basis.
Analyze patient data to guide medical decisions, treatment plans, and interventions.
Implement prescribed interventions and treatments with protocol adherence and patient safety.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
Seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex cases to ensure optimal care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
