Job summary

RiverWoods Durham is currently seeking a Per Diem RN or LPN for all shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight) to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where residents are at the heart of what we do.

Starting wages at $39.50+/hr including PD differential, with competitive pay determined by experience. We offer low resident-to-staff ratios, wellness programs, on-site fitness, employee meal program and education assistance to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited program.
• Long term care knowledge is preferred.
• Must hold RN/LPN license in New Hampshire; IV administration certification preferred; CEUs annually; CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to formulate and update individualized care plans.
• Leads and supervises direct caregivers; assigns daily work and monitors performance.
• Administers medications and treatments per guidelines and maintains narcotics security.
• Fosters positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
