Job summary

RiverWoods Durham is seeking Per Diem LNA or MNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are at the heart of what we do.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license is required.
• Prior experience caring for senior citizens preferred.
• Per diem, all shifts available at RiverWoods Durham.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including ADLs to promote health and independence.
• Assist with mobility and transfers per care plan and use assistive devices.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the nurse leader.
• Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities as appropriate.
• Support team with resident assignments and general facility needs.
