RiverWoods Durham is seeking Per Diem LNA or MNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are the heart of what we do.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA License.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Assists with mobility and nursing care as per care plan (transfers, ambulation, ROM, lifting).
• Builds professional relationships with residents, families, staff and supervisors.
• Assists with assessments and procedures per state act and facility policy (vital signs, weights, specimens, skin care).
• Follows infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
• Supports resident rights, privacy, and emergency procedures.
