RiverWoods is seeking Per Diem LNA or MNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are at the heart of what we do.

Formación

• Active NH LNA license is required.
• Experience working directly with senior citizens is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting as needed.
• Assists with mobility and nursing tasks per the care plan, using lifts as required.
• Develops professional relationships with residents, families and staff to support communication.
• Performs assessments and procedures per policy, such as vital signs and measurements.
• Follows infection control guidelines and standard precautions.
• Supports falls prevention, skin care, nutrition and hydration needs.
• Under the Nurse Leader's direction, documents care and reports changes.
