RiverWoods Durham is seeking Per Diem (All Shifts) LNA or MNA to provide direct resident care within a team-focused environment where residents are at the heart of what we do.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license required.
• Prior experience with senior citizens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting to promote health and independence.
• Assists with mobility and functional nursing care as defined by the care plan, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
• Develops professional relationships with residents, families, coworkers and supervisors to support open communication and mutual respect.
