Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem role in North Carolina. The RN will provide high-quality patient care across designated daily shifts under supervision, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective treatment and positive outcomes.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NC RN license or Compact state, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience with a clinical specialty.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• 1 year of RN experience with a clinical specialty.
• BLS (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient assessments, examinations, and treatments on a day-to-day basis.
• Supports analysis of patient data to guide medical decisions.
• Helps implement prescribed interventions to ensure protocol adherence.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Seeks guidance from senior clinicians on complex cases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
