Job summary

Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses with home health experience to cover Los Angeles County and surrounding areas including Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Camarillo, San Fernando Valley, and more.

You will perform initial assessments, create and revise care plans, and administer medications in patients’ homes. The role requires CA RN licensure, NLN-accredited program graduation, CPR certification, and at least two years in home health or public health.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in California (required).
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Two years' home health or public health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial patient/family assessment and develop a care plan with family involvement.
• Regularly re-evaluate nursing needs and adjust plan as patient status changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate with agency and other health professionals for patient needs.
• Supervise home health aides every two weeks.
