PIH Health in Los Angeles and Orange County is seeking an RN for Home Health per diem day shifts. The staff nurse delivers skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders, coordinating with families and the broader healthcare team.

Applicants must hold a California RN license and CPR, with at least 1 year of professional nursing experience; home health experience is preferred. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Must establish effective, timely relations with patients, families, staff and physicians.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of nursing process to develop individualized patient plans of care.
• Demonstrable skills in establishing IV lines and IV therapies.

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders in patient homes.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare team to implement care plans.
